What Can Be Returned

We accept returns for the following reasons only:

• You received the wrong product (different from what you ordered)
• The product arrived visibly damaged or tampered with
• The product is expired at the time of delivery
• A sealed non-prescription supplement or herbal product that has not been opened

What Cannot Be Returned

• Any prescription medicine (Rx) — once dispensed these cannot be returned for safety and legal reasons
• Controlled substances (benzodiazepines) under any circumstances
• Any opened product
• Products returned more than 14 days after delivery
• Products without original packaging

How to Request a Return

Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at returns@siam-med.com or via the Contact page. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Shipping Policy

All orders are dispatched from our licensed warehouse in Bangkok, Thailand. We ship Monday to Saturday excluding Thai public holidays.

Delivery Times & Costs

Free standard shipping on all orders over ฿3,000. Express shipping is handled by DHL or FedEx.

Customs & Import Duties

All orders are shipped with full customs documentation. Import duties in your destination country are the customer's responsibility. Prescription and controlled medicines may be subject to additional customs inspection.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your parcel via the Track Your Order page, or directly on the carrier's website (Thailand Post, DHL, or FedEx).

What Data We Collect

• Payment information (processed securely by our payment provider — we do not store card details)
• Prescription documents and medical information (stored encrypted, accessed only by licensed pharmacists)
• Order history and browsing behaviour on this website

How We Use Your Data

• To process and fulfil your orders
• To verify prescriptions and ensure safe dispensing of medicines
• To communicate order updates, tracking information, and pharmacist consultations
• To comply with Thai pharmaceutical regulations and export documentation requirements

Your Rights

Under the PDPA and GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. Contact privacy@siam-med.com. Prescription records may be retained for regulatory compliance for a minimum of 5 years.

Data Security

All data is stored on encrypted servers in Thailand. We use SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted to and from this website. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

What began as a small licensed pharmacy in the Yaowarat district has grown into one of Thailand's most trusted international pharmaceutical exporters.

Every product we sell is sourced directly from Thai FDA-licensed manufacturers. Our team of licensed pharmacists personally reviews every prescription order before dispensing. We believe that access to safe, genuine medicines should not be limited by geography.

Our Team

Our Bangkok-based team includes five licensed Thai pharmacists, a regulatory compliance officer, and a customer support team fluent in Thai, English, and Mandarin. All pharmacists are registered with the Pharmacy Council of Thailand.
